The opportunity

3 years ago we were building our first prototypes between Paris and Shenzhen. In 2020, we are manufacturing tens of thousands of units every month. With quickly growing volumes and a number of new projects in the pipe the future looks exciting. We need a talented engineer to take the lead of our hardware development and manufacturing process.

The role

This role is about drive, hands-on design, continuous improvement and collaboration with colleagues and external manufacturing partners to ensure the products are manufactured on time, in higher volumes and with a smarter design.

Your responsibilities will include:

• improving hardware design to lower production time & cost and include new features requested by customers
• ensuring compliance with FDA and CE medical device standards
• leading new hardware projects from prototypes to mass production
• ramping-up the volumes of our current manufacturing process
• finding and validating new manufacturing partners
• hiring new team members

Who you are

• experienced industrial engineer with a track record of successful manufacturing projects in Asia
• a tech expert with comprehensive knowledge of: signal acquisition systems, pcb design, mechanical design, RF systems, amplification systems
• experience of design for low cost, high quality manufacturing
• a proven ability to handle a manufacturing project from prototype to mass production
