Job description

The Global & Strategic client Manager will be responsible for owning these core areas:

  • Global client management – Identify, target & win global clients that meet our overall go-to-market and that fit our global client qualification criteria.
  • Strategic client management – Identify, target & win strategic clients that develop our onboard & embedded strategy.

As Global & Strategic Client Manager, you will work with direct & virtual team members, responsible for these key activities:


Global client management

Own all aspects of executing the global client program:

  • Working with Regional Vice Presidents (RVP), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), our Sigfox Operators (SO) & channel partners you will secure key global clients that:
  1. Underpin our Vertical Solution Sales (VSS) strategic
  2. Extend our reference-ability in critical vertical markets
  3. Accelerate our traction in strategic roadmap activities
  • Ensure all internal & external stakeholders are kept fully informed & supportive of your activities
  • Manage an effective hand-over of onboarded clients back to the host/headquartered country/SO 

Strategic Client Management

Own all aspects of executing the strategic client program

  • Working either directly or via our RVP’s/TSM’s,SO’s or partners you sill secure strategic clients that:
  1. Accelerate our embedded strategy in line with our overall GTM plan
  2. Enhance our VSS roadmap & that provide reference-ability
  3. Support, develop & extend our product roadmap portfolio

  • Contract three global clients, including all communications and hand-overs
  • Have five fully qualified strategic accounts in pipeline including:
  1. Full account plans
  2. Full engagement strategies
