Job description

Vision and objectives

You will be identifying, negotiating and closing big deals in a defined territory. You will be working with C levels of the biggest brands in the world including CMOs and Communication Directors. You will be working with them to build solutions that allow them to win. We are customer obsessed.


Responsabilities and Duties

  • You will act as the primary point of contact for every new signup and qualified opportunity and will be directly responsible for owning the sales cycle
  • You will be called upon to utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify the necessary decision makers and influencers of the prospective deal.
  • You will listen, identify and understand clients/prospects pains and deliver to their expectations. Helping others succeed makes us happy.
  • You will be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them in a positive way.
  • You will actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking and utilizing business referrals.
  • You will deliver compelling presentations and demos fully aligned with each and every customer pain, delivering high value and thus enabling you to effectively and efficiently win sales opportunities
  • You will monitor results and provide reporting
  • You are hugely curious will constantly look for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to provide that sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
  • You will manage and track customer information, activities, pipeline metrics and accurate forecasts in Cenareo’s CRM.
  • You’ll also work closely with multiple teams across Cenareo, to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage during the sales process. Practice effective, transparent communication with management, customers, extended team and partners.
  • Build and execute an outbound prospecting plan, with support from BDR resources
  • Build and execute an upsell selling plan, with support from Customer Success resources
  • Build and execute indirect selling strategies with support from Channel manager
  • Own the customer relationships until a customer is live with seamless collaboration with Operations and smooth transition to Customer Success
  • You will seek feedback at every opportunity so you can be the best you can be. You will seek this from leaders, peers and clients. 


Profile

Abilities and competences

  • Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Great communicator and a team player as well as have excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer facing and public presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (in a related sales environment)
  • A minimum of 5 years of prior complex sales experience in an international organisation with 6+ digit ARR deals
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to demo to close
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS marketplace is highly desirable
  • English fluent compulsory
  • A second language would be appreciated
  • Comfortable with travelling
  • Driving licence prefered
