Senior Business Developer H/F

Sunbirds is a french innovative company created in 2015. We are specialized in automated aerial monitoring solutions for natural resource management. From the deployment of autonomous drones to data analysis, we help Governments, Organizations and Land Owners to make better decisions with simple, fast and efficient solutions.

In close contact with the CEO, you hold a key position regarding the following tasks :

• Creating new business development opportunities, build and maintain client relationships
• Be prepared to offer extraordinary service and solutions to every client
• Coordinate marketing activities (digital marketing, flight demonstrations, professional events)
• Be available for travel throughout Australia and Africa to meet potential customers
• Managing long term relationships with Government institutions, Organizations, Federations and associations related to environment and natural resources management.
• Execution of our go-to-market plan via partnerships and alliances.
• Map out the client ecosystem to focus on broader customer penetration to own client relationships.
• Manage the full life cycle customers through alliances doing everything from identifying, qualifying, analyzing, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals

• Demonstrated / Extensive experience in a B2B role
• Experience within Sales or the Drone Industry would be highly regarded, ideally contributing to and executing business development programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, well presented
• Proven sales ability including negotiation skills, persuasive ability and strong communication skills
• Proven experience with using technology in a business environment
• Business, accounting and reporting skills
• A proven ability to be self-motivating, self-sufficient and to be able to work independently
• Ideally, with a strong network in the livestock and/or natural resources management industry
