Kelly Deli is a fast-growing and innovative food retail and restaurant company that was founded in 2010. The brand concept we are recruiting for, Sushi Daily, is the European leader for fully-serviced sushi bars. We currently operate over 800 kiosks in 11 countries.

Our concept features outlets in grocery stores, supermarkets and airports with live Sushi Artisans performing their art in front of customers, delivering an amazing customer experience and top-quality sushi.

The Kiosk Manager will create and maintain a true brand experience for our customers and partners. Are you ready to grow sales, drive our brand standards and keep the customer at the heart of everything you do?

Description du profil


  •  Drive Operations Excellence, challenging food costs, waste and sales, planning the production and stock, ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Deliver High Quality Products in respect to the Company recipes and concept.
  • Monitoring and reviewing your Kiosk’s performance in line with targets and taking appropriate action, without compromising the customer experience or Quality and Safety standards.
  • Inspiring your team with the Kelly Deli vision and values, making sure they understand how important their role is to the success of the Kiosk.
  • Asian food is at the heart of what we do, so you know your stuff, and work with the team to ensure we always deliver quality fresh ingredients to our customers.
  • Sleeves rolled up, actively encouraging teamwork between us and the retailer to ensure a smooth-running Kiosk.
  • Attracting, developing and retaining the best industry talent, to be the best they can be, maintaining a full motivated and engaged family tree.
  • Monitoring your team’s performance through appraisals and put development and progression plans in place.
  • Giving praise, constructive feedback, and coaching in the moment.
  • Ensuring all employees have the correct right to work documentation and that Kelly Deli procedure is followed in relation to any HR issues, drawing on support from your Regional Manager if needed.
  • Setting up your Kiosk for success through a rota that supports productivity and growth.
  • Always looking to progress and develop yourself, seeking opportunities to further your knowledge and skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to work in a fast-growing multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of Asian culture and cuisine is a distinct advantage but not required
