Job description

Intuiface is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Chicago.

As an SDR at Intuiface, you will work closely with the sales & marketing team to identify and develop new business opportunities by effectively addressing inbound leads and generating outbound activity. You will respond to inquiries from web contacts, free trials and price requests, demonstrate Intuiface software over the web, and convert these into deeper conversations with our Account Executives. You will also build prospect lists, execute email campaigns and contact web site registrations to generate qualified opportunities.

You must be a good listener able to quickly build rapport over the phone, curious to ask probing questions to understand customer needs, and able to articulate the Intuiface value proposition to prospects.

Previous experience in outbound marketing, cold calling, prospect research, general business development, and software sales is preferred.



  • Kick-start the beginning of the sales process by prospecting potential Intuiface clients
  • Convert inbound inquiries into demos and qualified leads
  • Develop creative tactics, campaigns, and strategies to reach prospects; schedule discovery calls; demonstrate the capabilities of Intuiface; and generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives
  • Record and track all activity in our CRM system to provide background and next steps for marketing and account executives to ensure alignment of teams and effective follow up with prospects
