Description du poste

  • Ensures the reliable performance of ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
  • Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users
  • Provide ongoing context sensitive and technical support to customers; track customer issues and issue remediation; escalate issues when appropriate
  • Document/update business and data requirements, workflows, and logical processes used to configure ERP and third-party systems
  • Maintain and update project plans and client-specific documentation; assist with regular client reporting
  • Assist Implementation teams with discovery, documenting requirements, defining scopes of work, and writing proposals
  • Provide end-user training and documentation on implemented solutions

Description du profil

  1. Minimum 3 years in system administration
  2. Confirmed experience as a key user of an ERP or as a functional administrator on tools such as Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations 
  3. A strong appetite for ERP
  4. Knowledge of finance and operations - asset
  5. Good interpersonal relationship
  6. Result and business oriented
  7. Fluent English and French
