Job description

You will join the Candidate Team. In this role you will work directly with Blanca Montero (co-founder).

This is not an ordinary recruiting role, but an opportunity to work at one of the innovative and multicultural startup globally! We need the candidate experience mindset in order to deliver a hiring process that caters to the needs of candidates while providing the best talents to the companies.

In this position as Talent Acquisition Manager France, you are resposible for offering our partner companies the best fit candidates.

Your Challenge: Understand from the first moment the perfect skills required for each job position.

Your Tasks Includes:

  • Define hiring plans for each open position for French Candidates
  • Screen, interview and answer French candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Identify skills, attract talent and guide the candidate through the interview process
  • Follow up with candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round, and second-round interviews
  • Create and manage ATS reports and internal KPIs, to follow up, proactively react and help to reach our hiring objectives
  • Support other functions as assigned


The Talents You Need

  • Language skills: French native and English fluent
  • Amazing interpersonal skills
  • Rigorous, dynamic and autonomous
  • Results-oriented and very comfortable on the phone
  • You love multi-tasking and still keep a good level of organization around you
  • Big plus: You have a first experience in recruiting as an internal recruiter or a similar role within the tech/digital markets
