As a software editor with already 3 fundraisings and and a fourth one in preparation for the beginning of 2021, we have developed an innovative full-web and mobile solution, dedicated to food service management, which meets the expectations of all the professionals of the catering sector and all types of restaurants.

It's a software package lovingly edited and marketed by Ideolys, a #FoodTech startup founded in 2010 by the three brothers : Emmanuel, Olivier and David.

Job description

To help a Foodtech leader to increase its turnover from 4 to 40 million euros and help Easilys become the world's leading ERP solution, we are looking for our new sales representative in Germany!

Your challenge: with the help of our Sales Director, you will be in charge of Easilys' sales development in Germany and you will participate in the growth of our German customer network.

Your missions :

  • Develop Easilys sales on the German market,

  • Determine the objectives within your sector with the Sales Director,

  • Create business development plans,

  • Win new German customers and increase the loyalty and satisfaction of our current German customers,

  • Observe the market and implement new offers adapted to the local market,

  • Report regularly to the Sales Director for activity and performance monitoring,

  • Provide feedback on the expectations of the German Customers to the Product Team.

Your team : Under the responsibility of the Sales Director, you will be integrated into our Sales team based in Paris, and you will also work with project managers and Customer Service managers.

  • You master the techniques of selling a SaaS software
  • You're a great listener, you understand perfectly your customer's needs and know how to adapt your speech accordingly
  • You are a tough negotiator!
  • If you are passionate about foodtech, that's a bonus !
  • You have a good knowledge of the German food services market and you know how to use your creativity to find the best ideas to attract new customers
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and stress-resistant
  • You are passionate and committed to your job
  • You speak German and English perfectly

Job conditions :

  • Remote Full-time position available ASAP
  • German residency

Frequent travels in Germany (Frankfurt and Dusseldorf in particular)
