1 / Leading creative excellence on all subjects and product supports (Films, Print, Digital, New Tech, ...):
> Study market trends nationally and internationally, follow the emergence of new artistic trends
> Evaluate the work of competing agencies; study the campaigns noticed in the profession
> Ensure the quality of creative and artistic execution of campaigns
2 / Manage the artistic team
> Recruit your teams
> Manage and supervise your teams, develop their skills
> Distribute the work among the members of your team
> Be in contact with any external service providers
3 / Collaborate with the different teams of the agency
> Exchange with customer management and strategic planning in order to deepen customer knowledge and refine avenues for creative thinking
> Contribute to ensuring a fluid and harmonious work process between the different divisions: strat / creative and production / post-production. Be responsible for the quality of the work delivered.
4 / Participate in customer relations
> Represent the agency at events
> Take the customer brief with the sales team; present the creative recommendation to the client
> Exchange and appropriately adjust creation in relation to the client's budgetary and strategic realities; know how to develop the creative concept with the client
5 / Develop the reputation and image of the agency
> Participate in PR events
> Set up communication actions: presentations, communication in the press, speaking on social networks ...
> 7 years minimum experience in creative positions
> Excellent written and oral expression in French and English
> Culture of communication, image, film, entertainment, video games, new technologies
> Knowledge and taste for the Luxury and / or Beauty sectors
> Ability to develop and coordinate several projects
> Experience and ability to manage a creative team
> Excellent interpersonal skills (especially customer); be a force of conviction
