Job Description

As a Success Factors Senior Consultant you participate in the implementation, integration and configuration of SuccessFactors projects.

Your goals & targets

• End-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules
• Functional design

Your challenges in detail

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes
• Manage SuccessFactors projects, resource allocation, deliverables during the whole project lifecycle
• Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practice
• Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while adhering to product standards
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions of your clients' key users
• Work closely with all team members to facilitate a successful integration across modules
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance teams
• Support pre-sales activities

Your Profile

• Language skills: bilingual Dutch or French & business proficient English
• min. 4 years of experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors
• At least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting or Performance & Goals, or another module with successful go live
• SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM processes
• Experience in functional design
• Experience working with Belgian clients
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
