Work closely with Project Coordinators and Clients to reports match
Strive to surpass documented productivity and quality standards
This position requires ability to use multiple operating systems
Assist with payment handling, ISF processing, AP/AR support
Learn the basic brokerage entry process as time permits
Performs data entry for various databases
Performs other duties as assigned
High attention to detail Be highly responsible and reliable
Be punctual and possess a professional attitude
Proven attention to detail and the ability to multi task
High school qualification is highly regarded but not essential
Intermediate Office Suite skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Previous experience working in administrative/data entry industry is preferable
Proven communication skills with highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
