Job description

In this position as an Account Manager Intern you will be tasked with the exciting opportunity to manage all open missions with our clients and build long lasting relationships with them.


Your Challenge: To understand the client needs and collaborate with the sales team during onboarding and negotiations.


Your Tasks Include:


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to better understand their requirements.
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities to promote the brand portfolio and expand business.
  • Monitor and track performance of various key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during client negotiation and onboarding.
  • Manage all open missions between Next Station and our clients.


Profile

The Required Profile:


  • Trilingual / Native proficiency in French, English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a relevant role in Sales or Account Management.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and be a sound negotiator.
  • Good listening and organization skills.
  • Looking for an end of studies internship with full time employment prospects.


The Bonus:


  • Written and verbal proficiency in German.
  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Proactive, outgoing and social nature.
  • Experience in CRM softwares.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and management acumen.
