Role Mission:

As a Sales Assistant you are the core of our business and play a vital role in our success. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the team and support our stores by driving sales, increasing profitability and most importantly delivering excellent customer service.

We have various shift patterns and will train you on product knowledge, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and most importantly customer service. We also offer great opportunities to develop your career with us with an extensive management training program.


About You:

You will have already been successful in a sales environment within fashion retail and have a genuine interest in branded fashion, you must enjoy delivering a great service in a fast paced environment. We are looking for 12 months experience in a sales role. We are consistently seeking career minded professionals who are as enthusiastic about contributing to our growth and success as we are to theirs. We seek enthusiastic, reliable, energetic, self-starters with experience working in a luxury service retail environment. 



Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a positive and memorable premium customer experience.
  • Open and close store. 
  • Report sales daily.
  • Maintain brand and operational standards.
  • Manage customer needs and exceed expectations. 
  • Provide product and brand knowledge to customers.
  • Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed.
  • Drive all KPIs; personal sales targets, conversion of customers to sales.
  • Vigilant on the shop floor reducing stock loss at all times.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, resulting a positive brand experience.
  • Leading by example amongst the team with little direction from senior management
  • Being self motivated to ensure you deliver on personal & collective store targets.
  • Maintain high presentation standards at all times.
  • Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trend. 
  • Continue to develop personal sales techniques.
  • Ensure all sales related policies are procedures are maintained.

Customer Service:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Build and maintain repeat clientele, utilise store clients record books.
  • Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.

Operations:

  • Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, organised and stocked.
  • Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
  • Assist in all areas of stock, transferring, receiving policies and all transferring/receiving related paperwork.
  • Properly execute all relevant POS procedure.
  • Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance.
  • Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by store management.



Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Flexible schedule/open availability especially over the weekends. 
  • Previous retail experience a plus
  • Open to being cross trained (Sales/Cashier)
  • Passion for fashion!
  • Experience in retail or customer service.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Passion for people and loyalty to the brand.
