Job description

Our partner is a fast-growing start-up creating a community to bring artists and collectors together. 

 

Their core mission: giving artists a voice in the digital world.

 

As Logistics Coordinator for the DACH market, you are the main point of contact for artists in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your main working language is German.

 

 

Your challenge 

On a daily basis, you have two main tasks: advising German-speaking artists on how to get their paintings, photographs, and statues ready for shipment, and ensuring safe delivery of high-value items.

 

More detailed, your tasks include:

  • Identifying the best shipping option with shipping partners specialized in Art logistics
  • Find tailored shipping solutions for your customers
  • Scheduling pick-ups and tracking cross-border deliveries
  • Assuring export and import procedures
  • Driving inquiries of items stuck or damaged during transport

Profile

The Talents You Need

Basics:

  • Language skills: Native level of German (or very high proficiency) & fluent in English
  • 1 year of experience in logistics
