Our 50 employees, located at the Langlade Innovation Center (Toulouse), have developed distinctive scientific expertise in the development, manufacturing, and regulatory support of the CDMO projects entrusted to us.
In the context of the arrival of a new shareholder in 2021 (TechLife Capital), the company has developed its cGMP production tool to support its clients through the clinical phases.
Main duties - Business Development :
Identify and prospect new clients using various tools and methods,
Present the company's offerings to establish and maintain strong client relationships, ultimately negotiating and closing contracts.
Collaborate internally to build and defend proposals, support project execution, and ensure thorough reporting.
Competitor Intelligence and Market Feedback:
Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote the company's services and monitor competitors' activities.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to support the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
Provide valuable feedback from the field to adapt sales tactics and inform strategic decision-making.
University degree (Master's or PhD) or engineering degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or innovative therapies.
Specialization in cell and gene therapies with a solid understanding of the technologies and processes used in these therapies, such as cell culture, viral vectors, and gene editing.
Good knowledge of drug development processes and pharmaceutical regulations is a plus.
Experience :
Initial experience in a commercial role or project management (or equivalent), including internships in a corporate setting.
Skills and Abilities :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
