Business Development Manager APAC

We provide a disruptive approach to Cyber Security through Bug Bounty programs, by connecting more than 35,000 Ethical Hackers worldwide with organizations to secure their exposed scopes the agile way.

At YesWeHack, we are currently growing at a fast rate, we are expanding in APAC, and strengthening our teams with sales passionate. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager.

Attached to the APAC MD and VP Sales, your mission revolves around the development of a new client’s portfolio, in line with the global growth strategy of the company.

Main missions :

• Master and consistently execute our internal sales methodology
• Evangelize your prospects, generate new business through inbound and outbound opportunities, and close new customers in APAC through high level, value focused conversations
• Act as a trusted advisor to your customers and help them scaling bug bounty model internally to grow your relationships, in coordination with our customer success team
• Manage your own territory as if it were your own business
• Participate in events in APAC
• Ensure strong reporting, pipelining and forecasting

• 3+ years of proven consultative sales experience in high technology (ideally Saas)
• Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within organizations of various sizes and industries
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
• Use sales as a teaching opportunity to create value and challenge the customer to think differently
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
• Fluent English
