Le poste

Leadership :

  • Lead, manage and direct Regional Sales Operation, Sales Management and Business Management

  • Organise and attend regular meetings with Key-Members of the team, as well as attend meetings with other senior management members of the Division.

  • Continual coaching, developing, and mentoring of direct reports and inspire and motivate the wider Teams by identifying Key-Areas for improvement.

Strategy & Planning :

  • Define, propose and develop objectives to achieve products sales

  • Manage pricing policy

  • Oversee the development of network sales and profitability.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales trends and general market conditions and advise appropriate actions.

  • Define and oversee the implementation of national sales and marketing plans.

Managing Operations :

  • Lead monthly and annual regional sales planning processes and procedures.

  • Review and analyse the existing dealer network and make recommendations to improve its performance.

  • Responsible for an effective and accurate stock-management

  • Oversee and lead the preparation, presentation, and monitoring of sales budget

  • Ensure monthly review & analyse sales and profitability performance

  • Attend European Sales-Meeting events and processes/procedures.

Profil recherché

  • You speak perfectly French, German & English (C1)
  • You live around Geneva or you are willing to relocate there
  • You have a proven experience in Management and Leadership
  • You are a strategic and commercial thinker : you display great clarity of vision
