HoloSolis is a European industrial company building solar cells and solar photovoltaic modules in France. The company was founded in 2022 by investors InnoEnergy, Groupe IDEC, TSE, Armor Group and Heraeus.
HoloSolis will help reduce Europe’s dependency not only on fossil fuels imported from Extra-European countries, but also on solar panels imported mainly from China. Our factory will help reindustrialise Europe and contribute to the EU’s NZIA goal to produce locally 40% of the solar panels installed in Europe. Finally, HoloSolis will contribute to Europe’s efforts to reduce its carbon footprint and curb global warming,
We will focus on building Europe’s largest, most modern and efficient solar panel Gigafactory in Sarreguemines (France). Construction will start in mid-2024, and first modules will be produced in mid-2025. When fully ramped up in 2027; the Sarreguemines facility will produce 5 Gigawatts of solar panels by 2027, approximately 10 million solar panels per year, enough to make 1,000,000 homes energy self-sufficient each year, and create1700 direct jobs.
