Sitting on the board and working directly with senior management, this new role is of critical importance in ensuring that the autonomy, responsibility and community aspect that runs through our organisation is nurtured and protected as we grow both locally and globally. 



  1. A strong background in hands-on Coaching in tandem with a professional coaching qualification (really important for us).


  • Worked in a CPO (or equivalent) role for a range of growth organisations (ideally 500+ people company or bigger)


  • Ideally we’d like you to have had previous experience in a Technology and/or Consulting led business to have context on our space and associated challenges.


  • We are not looking for an HR Operations Leader - we absolutely need to see that this person has experience of building a culture of freedom and responsibility in their previous role as an HR leader. We want to see specific examples of creating, growing out and/or changing culture in an organisation and we are interested in your thought process around this specific area. (Please ensure you articulate this if you decide to apply for this role). 

Description du profil

  • Highly relevant degree or additional HR certifications a plus
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • To be a hands-on HR leader, with exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a dynamic environment with frequent change and transformation
  • Experience designing and executing scalable HR processes in fast-paced, high-performing,
  • To be self-motivated and self-confident; comfortable operating with minimal direction
  • A broad generalist track record of handling a variety of HR issues and bringing a strong background of best practices and a solid understanding of employment law, recruitment dynamics, culture-building, employee relations and engagement, compensation equity, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively
