JAK is the first booking assistant that combines human and artificial intelligence.

In 8 months, JAK went from 3 to 40 employees and from 0 to 4,000 trips per month in Switzerland, Belgium, and France. By next year, we will be 100 employees for 15,000 clients in 4 countries.

The JAK team is present in Geneva, Marseille, and Lisbon.

To meet the upcoming challenges, we are looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to support the growth of JAK.

Your mission:

  • Drive, plan, and execute the SEA strategy in France and (soon in the UK) for our accounts (Google & Bing) to make us the leader in the people transportation market.
  • Use data and creativity to maximize campaign performance
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement
  • Define the ATS strategy for a new vertical (which we will unveil later this year).
  • This is a strategic role for JAK as you will be in charge of our main acquisition channel, our budget in 2021 was half a million €, which should double in 2022. Your role will cover several areas: data analysis, problem-solving, project management, ATS, user experience, and management.

More specifically:

  • Improving existing processes: on a daily basis, we are confronted with problems that we need to solve quickly and intelligently.
  • Avoiding click fraud as much as possible
  • Enrichment and refinement of the list of keywords to exclude
  • Continuous A/B testing
  • You ensure a perfect content creation, integration, and follow-up of our Landings Pages
  • Strategy and project management:
  • Social Media: Management of the various Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Display accounts
  • Participate in projects and/or transversal missions within the Lisbon and Marseille office (recruitment, communication, business expertise, project coordination, training).
  • Identification and prioritization of growth opportunities (keyword research, campaign creation, sizing of content needs, new opportunities/channels to launch...) to build a roadmap and action plans (objectives, resources, execution).
  • Data analysis: you are fully responsible for the SEA funnel for the French and UK markets.
  • Analysis of campaign performance and testing (bid overview, benchmark, profitability etc.)
  • Set up custom dashboards to improve campaign tracking
  • Benchmark our competitors and other sectors to find best practices.
