Who will you be working for?

Our partner is a global leader specialised in the sale and rental of premium residential property.

Their core mission: provide the perfect object according to their clients’ lifestyle needs and aspirations.

What is this job about?

In this position as Commercial Real Estate Agent, your goal is to continuously develop your knowledge of the sector and the market in order to position yourself as a successful real estate consultant.

On a daily basis, you are in contact with people interested in your clients' properties and accompany them from the start of their search until they hold the keys in their hands!

Your challenges

  • Acquire new properties and connect owners with interested parties
  • Present the company's full range of services to your clients
  • Advise and support your clients from the first contact to the handover of the keys
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and actively acquire new customers

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual level in Spanish
  • Ability to work 100% commissions based
  • Availability to work full time on this project (or at least 80%)
  • Capability to create a portfolio of clients from scratch
  • Basic digital skills
  • Great commercial skills (listening, negotiation, etc.)

Important! - This position is based on a commercial contract. This means that you have to be registered as a freelancer or self-employed. It will take around 4-6 months until you get your first salary.
