• Oversee and supervise all accounting and financial processes and procedures, in adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and government regulations;
• Generate financial reports and analyses;
• Oversee maintenance of user roles, workflows, dashboards, reports and updates in the financial system;
• Serve as a liaison to the external auditors and accountants;
• Develop new procedures and policies as determined by best practices and changes in regulations;

Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and people skills
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
