🔎Context of the role:
Within the Customer Experience team, you will participate in the realization of our various applications marketed in SaaS. You will have the opportunity to embrace the great challenge of making aviation more fuel efficient and greener.

As a Customer Implementation Engineer, you will be in charge of managing software implementation for customer airlines.
🏋️♂️Activities & Responsibilities:
1. Data Integration:
Manage the data integration between airlines and OpenAirlines leveraging knowledge of aeronautical data (flight plan, flight data)
Utilize Java and Python coding to integrate flight data from diverse airlines and validate data quality.
Drive continuous technical improvement of tools and methods with a focus on innovation.
2. Project Management:
Act as the focal point during the software implementation of new customer airlines (approximately 6 months).
Coordinate with customers and internal team members and manage daily tasks, weekly calls, and project planning.
Ensure clear communication to keep internal and external parties informed at the relevant level of detail.
3. Customer Relationship:
Adapt to diverse airline needs and cultures, leveraging existing internal tools and processes.
Take ownership of customer relationships after the sale process is completed until the end of the implementation.
Perform custom analysis of data to address specific needs expressed by customers.

Holder of an Engineering or Scientific Master degree. and you have at least two years related experience where you were able to develop a solid coding experience (Python and Java).
You have a database experience with a solid understanding of SQL queries and the use of Git for version control.
Demonstrate proven project coordination skills, including flexibility with changes, effective task prioritization, and timely delivery.
Professional proficiency in English is essential, conversational French is expected, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Skillfully balance autonomy with collaboration while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Airlines operations background and/or interest in aeronautics and climate change is a plus.
You will be travelling abroad to visit customers at least twice per implementation project.
