Job description

Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for the management of your team.

You will coordinate the customer relationship with intensive travel in Germany according to the company plan. You will perform installations, commissioning and start-up of the machines and their maintenance and after sales services.


The main tasks of this role are: 


  • Coordinate, animate and organize employees on a daily work basis
  • Ensure deep knowledge of the equipment to be installed by referring to the technical documentation of site facility requirements
  • Installations, commissioning and maintenance
  • Perform adjustments and tests required for the proper operation of the machine according to the equipment specifications
  • Reporting on adopted solutions for installation in order to follow works and after sales services
  • Organize and manage meetings with our clients in order to present and sell services.
  • Complete reporting of its activity and customer requests in the CRM and ensure that they are handled by the relevant contacts


Profile

Mechanical degree or other relevant discipline.

The required education degree may be substituted by extensive professional experience involving similar work responsibilities and/or additional training certificates in relevant domains.

Technical knowledge: Mechanical, Electro technical & industrial machines.

Good knowledge of industrial process.
