3ec-TV offer:
At present, 3ec-TV multicultural team invites a seasoned senior level Director to join its Non-Executive Board.  A long experience in US media and digital multimedia is required and a good knowledge and skills of legal and financial development in the US media industry. Start-up launch experience will be appreciated.
In return for receiving 3ec-TV company shares, you will give a helping hand to the Management Team (supporting and mentoring) to finalize the offer requested by our investors and follow-up 3ec-TV development, especially in the US market. The details of the collaboration and its compensation will be discussed depending on your profile, skills and involvement in the project.
You can be based at home.

Your skills:
You will need to justify a successful experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director or Chief Financial Officer at a corporate level with an international exposure preferably, to be familiar with the media industry and be capable of advising on the following:
- ventures (company constitution, valuation & equity, performance (KPI), value-based insights)
- financial analysis & modelling: LBO, M&A, IPO, sales, investments
- deal structuration & negotiation, post-deal integration
- audit & forecasts
- financial reporting
- stakeholder relations
- societal and environmental returns on investment (CSR, sustainability, ESG, positive impact) is a plus
