Description du poste

Works in the task of providing leadership in developing, achieving, and maintaining the highest quality educational programs and supportive services for all levels of students.


The Director/Manager of Teaching and Learning shall be responsible for the following duties and perform other duties :


> Assist to ensure that the instructional programs engage the learners and provide a variety of methods for the students to demonstrate performance and accomplishments.


> Support the implementation of programs


> Help facilitate assessment programs


> Observe instructional personnel in their classrooms and offer insights for the enhancement and improvement of the teaching-learning environment


> Maintain a list of approved instructional materials.


> Support the creation of and edit for publication of guides and materials prepared by staff and distributed to instructional staff.


> Conduct professional development programs, in-service workshops, and training for instructional personnel.



> Assume responsibility for personal professional growth and development, remaining current with literature, new research findings, improved strategies and techniques, and attending appropriate professional meetings.


> Develop positive working relationships with staff that promote an encouraging, supportive learning environment and increases staff motivation.


Description du profil

You have significant experience + 8 years in organization and educational.


Desired qualities: sense of methodology, rigor, responsiveness, dynamism, sense of organization and priorities as well as very good interpersonal skills.
