We are looking for a Project Director in charge of the innovation of the construction industry.
Our ambition is to create the new generation of buildings by integrating new technologies and solutions to optimize energy usage (eco-responsible meets ROI )and create the best place to be, the best place to live.
Our buildings need today to be adapted and ready for the Digital revolution and the new way of living. We create a dedicated department in charge to analyze the situation and propose a roadmap and guidelines to be implemented in our Shopping Centers by the different technical teams.
Main tasks :
Serves as a technical expert representative across all shopping centers
Offers technical support across practices in offering definition and positioning
Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life
Manages multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule
Tracks and identifies new opportunities to improve methodologies and training offerings
Assists in strategic sales efforts from a technical perspective
Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts
Enforces standard policies and procedures
The management of the contracted Maintenance, Security, and Cleaning service providers, through their site supervisors
To ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental statutory obligations and industry best practice procedures and systems are adhered to
To assist in the maintenance of the Centre’s emergency planning and business continuity plan, reviewing and updating as necessary to ensure optimum effectiveness
Ensure that all visitors, contractors and occupiers adhere to site health, safety and environmental procedures and are compliant with appropriate regulations
Oversee on-site security company ensuring that required safety, evacuation and emergency standards and procedures are set.
To ensure that utility consumption and costs are effectively and efficiently managed
Creation of innovative ideas to remove impact on the environment
Oversee Building Operating and Maintenance manuals - updating when necessary
Deliver Small Project Management as per agreed costs & timescales (Refurbishments, Renovations & Expansions)
Prepares pricing and resourcing calculations
Monitor activity plan for Site Improvements
Use internal benchmark and proactive competitive watch
Participate in trade shows and conference
PROFILE:
- You have a first successful experience (at least 5 years) within a similar role (good expertise in real estate buldings), an Engineer background is required
- You are fluent in English (both oral and written). French, Spanish or Italian will be appreciated
- You are recognized for your innovative and creative skills, for your ability to organize and manage big projects
- You have a proactive and innovative approach and an ability to work on own initiative, to listen and willingness to learn
