To support this growth, we have created a new vacancy in our Administrative Team to support and develop every task related to invoices, contracts, billings, etc.


Responsibilities

  • Around 1 year of experience in Administration department, experience working with invoices&collections, billings, client accounts agreements / contracts, and common administrative tasks.
  • Process documents or internal or external communications in the company's information circuits.
  • Prepare documents and communications.
  • Classify, record and file communications and documents according to the appropriate techniques and the parameters established by the company.
  • Support in the management of business processing processes in relation to the commercial, financial, and accounting areas of the company, according to the administrative processes and procedures applying current regulations and in conditions of safety and quality.
  • Attend to employees, deal with incidents and claims through different channels: telephone, email, personally, etc.
  • Management of calls, visits, and executive meetings at an international level.
  • Support in the different needs of other departments.

Salary according to experience arround 20000€ brutes per year

Profile

Requirements:

  • Fluent English - C1
  • Proven experience in administration department with invoices, collections, billing, etc.
  • Office365.
  • Versatile to adopt different functions within the administration and reception department.
  • Resolution capacity, desire to learn and work as a team.
