In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for Learning Developer and Designer

Your main mission will be to support the teaching teams, the design and implementation of training models and projects on the different sectors, as well as the design of supports, planning and review of educational content in distance and / or semi-remote.

You carry out the following missions:

• Collaborate in the design and general organization of training courses and / or training system in project mode
• Design an educational progression as part of a response to a call for projects
• Design training programs
• Design training modules / sequences
• Improve training sequences
• Design educational scenarios
• Design assessment tests
• Control the quality of educational content
• Participate in the work of the educational team around educational organizations and projects
• Specific activities:
• Collaborate with the director, regional managers, the tender unit on the establishment and monitoring of the system, training and evaluation actions
• Track training courses from a collaborative platform
• Write and update procedures
• Write and participate in the development of certification files
• Contribute to the management of the daily hazards of training, adjust organizations and resolve problems

Experience in storyboard, graphic design, interactive videos

• English mother tongue or equivalent proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing and understanding)

• Attention to detail and precision in execution

• Ability to work independently and within a project team

• Preference for the baccalaureate in a related discipline

• Do it, ownership attitude

• Can be flexible in working across cultures
