Who will you be working for?

Our partner is a company dedicated to sleeping equipment and quickly evolving in the field of sleep tech.

Their core mission: improve people’s quality of life through better sleep.


What is this job about?

In this position as Logistics Manager your main responsibility is to manage the company's growing retail business.

On a daily basis, you are in contact with the suppliers to ensure a great customer experience.


Your challenges

  • Help the Operations Team Lead to implement a great warehousing solution
  • Manage the growing retail business
  • Monitor the quality and performance of the company's supply chain (suppliers, warehouses, and final mile partners) to identify improvement opportunities
  • Proactively manage the relationships with all suppliers
  • Help deliver best-in-class customer experience to all customers


Goals and targets

  1. Optimizing procedures
  2. Ensure deliver on time
  3. Implement efficient processes


Profile

Who is this job made for?

  1. For career freshers with a first experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  2. For people with a few years of experience in the field looking for a new challenge.


What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: native level in English
  • 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Analytical approach to new tasks and problems
  • Passion for new projects and challenges
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel

Last but not least, you already made the experience of working in a startup and you love it!

Important: For this position you need to relocate to Lisbon.
