Job description

• On-the-job training with project-based assignments to :

• Conduct industry research and analysis

• Prepare marketing materials and descriptive memoranda

• Provide quantitative analysis including financial forecasting and valuations

• Execute mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance mandates

Start date: January 2024

Duration: 6 months

Qualifications: Tier 1 business or engineering school / Masters in Finance & Strategy

Salary: €2,000 gross per month + discretionary bonus

“Convention de stage” mandatory

• 6 months internship in M&A or CF mandatory

• Strong interest in the field of corporate finance

• Excellent academic achievements in business administration and finance

• Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities

• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• French mother tongue or bilingual as French is the main working language

• Excellent command of/fluency in English given significant level of cross-border work

• Proven team-working skills

• Ability to cope with significant workload
