Job Summary:
The Accountant Analyst will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting activities in adherence to established policies and procedures. This role will require strong knowledge of financial processes, procedures, and systems to proactively address and reconcile operational issues. Additionally, the Accountant Analyst will be the first line of contact with internal and external resources in the absence of a senior professional.

Responsibilities:
• Perform accounting activities in adherence to established policies and procedures
• Initiate customer contact to proactively address and reconcile operational issues to resolution
• Use knowledge of financial processes, procedures, and systems to proactively address issues
• Serve as the first line of contact with internal and external resources in the absence of a senior professional
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

• experience in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, procedures, and systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
