Easilys, c’est LA solution de gestion pour les professionnels de la restauration. Logiciel imaginé par trois frères en Vendée il y a une dizaine d’année, Easilys est devenu en quelques année la référence Française du pilotage de sites de restauration.

Le groupe MAPAL a pour objectif d'associer différentes solutions pour proposer une suite performante et intégrée d'applications de gestion du back-office pour le secteur de la restauration multisite. Ce rapprochement nous permettra de répondre à toutes les attentes des restaurateurs en terme de gestion, d'élargir l'offre existante de MAPAL, renforcer la présence du groupe en Europe et particulièrement en France.

About the role:


To help us continue to enhance our product, we’re in search of an experienced Product Owner. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. You may already be a confident individual who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share. You thrive in a startup/ lean environment because you like the idea of taking ownership of what you work on and doing a bit of everything.


You’re constantly thinking “could this be better?”


What will you do?


  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements working with our UI/UX team.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategise appropriate to-market plans.
  • Review each delivered piece of functionality to determine success factors and whether improvements can be made.


What will you bring?


  • 4+ years’ experience in a dynamic product owner role.
  • Previous software development/Agile expert.
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Highly effective cross-functional team management.
  • Previous experience with customers and product marketing strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A focus on collaboration, teamwork and communication.



Nice to have:


  • Previous product role in a labour / HCM / workforce management solution.
