At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system. Your role : 🔎
Ascendance is developing its Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO9001, EN9100 and EASA Part21 requirements.
You will support the QMS Manager in piloting the QMS Development Project:
Manage project with “Agile” principles;
Built processes and document structure with process owners;
Develop Quality management processes and tools;
Ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
In addition, you will develop and implement the QMS monitoring plan.
Your objectives:
Pilot project action plan
Perform project reviews with project Team
Draft Ascendance Quality Manual
Manage QMS documentation
Draft process management and system monitoring procedures and tools
Perform quality audits and reviews
The job has been made for you if you : 🛠
You are an engineering school student or equivalent in quality management or in the fields of aerospace,
You have knowledge of QSE / QMS, ISO 9001 and (nice to have) aviation regulations
You have knowledge of project management and Agile methodology
You have good communication and coordination skills
You have good writing skills in English
You are enthusiast about working and interfacing with all departments
