Job description

Under the leadership of the Global Sales and Marketing Director, you are in charge of developing and executing the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the concerned territories Americas (USA, Canada, Central America).

In charge of our subsidiary, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team to achieve the indicators and business unit objectives (sales, cost, service contract, customer satisfaction…) and ensure a reliable and regular reporting to the HQ
  • Manage machine installed base and major references to ensure good performance and market recognition through customer service and relationship
  • Promote our brand and products
  • Prospect and Sale machines in the concerned territories and provide guidance to our potential customers
  • Manage and develop relationship with key accounts as well as government bodies
  • Provide constant market analysis (size, players and competition), propose and execute business development plan for the territory

Technical competencies:

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in selling large capital equipment with industrial and management experience.

You must have a strong knowledge of the waste and recycling market in America.

You have technical/engineering background and you are able to provide guidance to your clients.

Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales areas and key accounts. You are used to deal with long & complex sales process.
