Job description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director based at HQ, you will be responsible for existing customers 50% and developing new business 50% with intensive travel nationwide and in the Region according to the company plan. 

Background is ambition to grow different sales channels in the Region, by order of priority (1) Waste management Key Accounts (2) Plastics Recycling operators nationwide (3) Local waste management businesses nationwide (4) Latam agents.  


The main tasks of this role are:  


  • Managing Sales development (Identify, qualify, develop, negotiate and close business opportunities) 
  • Promoting the company’s offers and providing feedback to the office head regarding future product developments  
  • Ensuring a consistency strategy in your territory (distribution channels, communication, pricing policy, coordination with other sales managers, coordination with service department) 
  • Reporting through the CRM (Sales Force)

Profile

Technical competencies:  

 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling large capital equipment.  

You must have technical/engineering background and you are able to provide guidance to your clients. 

Demonstrated expertise in managing large sales areas and key accounts. You are used to dealing with a long & complex sales process.

Education & Language requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Technical or Sales management  

(The required education degree may be substituted by extensive professional experience involving similar work responsibilities and/or additional training certificates in relevant domains.) 

  • Fluent English, French will be appreciated
