Position: Sales and Product Trainer (Hybrid on-the-field and in-house)

Location: United Kingdom

To continue our mission, we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Product Trainer to join our team.

Your Mission:

As a Sales and Product Trainer, your mission is to elevate our sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction by empowering our network with the knowledge and skills they need. You will play a pivotal role in:

• Skill Development: Develop and enhance the capabilities of our team members in areas such as product knowledge, sales methods, and CAD-software usage.

• Training Excellence: Create/adapt engaging and informative training modules that resonate with our brand identity, ensuring that our team is equipped with the latest product insights and sales strategies.

• On-the-Field Coaching: Inspire and guide our sales force through on-the-field coaching sessions, providing real-world expertise and support. Monitor results and adjust action plans.

• Innovation: Contribute to the development and implementation of new product categories, keeping us at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

• Proven successful experience as a Kitchen/Interior solutions Designer,

• Love for Sales,

• Passion for coaching,

• Excellent communication and presentation skills,

• Leadership abilities,

• Enthusiasm for kitchen and interior solutions,

• Reporting: You will report to our Retail Support Manager, working closely to ensure alignment with our organizational goals.
