Job description

e're looking for an experienced Senior Customer account manager  to support our growing sales team in Toulouse .

As Customer Senior Account Manager, you play a determinant role in creating new sales pipeline. This role covers mainly all of Europe, UK and US.

We are looking for someone passionate about innovative therapies and new challenges.

Supervisory responsabilities could be considered in the near future.


Your tasks include:

  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline by maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social contact
  • Generate business from new and existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain ongoing client relationship
  • Proactively reaching out to key strategic businesses to engage with specific contacts 
  • Utilizing your strong business acumen and prospecting skills to qualify opportunities and set up next steps for further discussions with our experts
  • Work closely with our commercial assistant, project manager and marketing executives to drive pipeline through multiple channels including events and webinars
  • Qualify leads coming through downloaded content, demo requests, webinar sign-ups and other sources
  • Keep up to date about our product, business and industry to be an expert in providing high level introduction to our future customers


  • 10+ years indutry sales experience into biotech.
  • Understanding of cell and gene therapy markets from pre-clinical trial through manufacturing and commercialization
  • A strong experience in bids and negociations
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Able to collaborate accross multiple teams to achieve our goals
  • You love rolling up your sleeves to inspire prospects and give them a strong positive impression
  • Thrive on change and challenge within a growing company
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills–able to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Native speaker or fluent in English.
