À propos de Clarity Technologies

Clarity is an early-stage health-tech startup founded by Raphael Certain. We are developing the first Digital Brain Clinic for patients with neurological disorders. We believe that brain health should be delightful, and accessible to everyone, from anywhere. At Clarity, we develop cutting-edge health solutions based on the latest advancements in neuroscience, digital therapeutics and precision medicine to power a transformational and emotional healthcare journey.

Our first technology is a digital therapeutic with the potential to slow down the progression of Alzheimer’s Disease, by administering neurostimulations using virtual reality (VR). Neurological disorders are devastating for patients and their families, and we are committed to providing an affordable, effective, and easy-to-use solution.

Profil recherché

Who you are (skills & experience)

We would love to have you on our team if you,

  1. Are driven by solving health issues, especially neurological disorders and are excited by difficult challenges.
  2. Are product and results-oriented. We can not afford to dive without a clear roadmap and execute it. Our resources are limited, and patients don’t stop suffering. We look for someone who will keep the product on top of his/her mind and have the ability to take decisions fast. You should be comfortable delivering weekly improvements and navigating between data and gut-driven decisions.
  3. Have the ability to put heart into your work: in order to build something new and revolutionary, we can’t have a “closed expert mindset”. We look for someone who can work with his/her emotions and creative energy.
  4. Have an analytical sense and critical thinking: you will need to conduct scientific research and development in this role. This requires framing the technical requirements, analyzing and evaluating a problem or issue, and iterating.
  5. Are flexible and learn fast: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact.
  6. High ability to execute and collaborate: given the scope, volume and timeline of work, the ability to direct people—including yourself—towards a particular goal that may require orchestration is key. You know that in the end what matters is delivering a product that works.
  7. Are patient and determined. With any Start-Up, patience and determination are key. We are determined to bring our solutions forward, however, we recognize that there will be setbacks. We seek an individual who can be patient and understanding when we face these obstacles and able to stay motivated to help us reach our goals.
