Your role : 🔎

As System Engineering and V&V Engineer you will be part of the System Engineering, VV, Configuration Management and Tests team, our fully transverse and dynamic team !

You will contribute to the definition of the System Engineering principles and associated V&V strategy applicable to programs. As our product is a brand new type of aircraft, you will rationalise System engineering principles to the right level in order to reach a permit to fly and then a certification. Accordingly V&V deliverables will have to be delivered/updated in due time according to the different development milestones.

You will, as well, implement SE and VV principles (not limited to) within a preselected PLM (Product Life Management) tool suite in order to ensure global coherence within different building blocks and ensure that all relevant means are in place with regards to ARP4754 and other development/safety standards applicable to our VTOL.

The Program V&V strategy is a major deliverable as it will give the rhythm of our aircraft testing planning and integration. Method and global schedule will the backbone of our ATEA integration

Your main responsibilities will:

  • Define system engineering processes and tools that will encompass Aircraft functions and requirements.

  • Define / Update Program V&V Plans and other V&V deliverables requested for each milestone

  • Participate to the A/C V&V Strategy definition for prototype and final product. Strategy has to take into account the longer term certification in order to optimize the cost and time.

  • Define Method to define Integration strategy and associated ATEA Schedule

  • Support building Blocks V&V Managers

  • Be responsible for PLM implementation and support to ensure

    • full traceability as part of V&V

    • PLM configuration in close relation with the configuration manager

Profil recherché

The job has been made for you if you have : 🛠

  • A master degree (or equivalent) from Aerospace Engineering or System Engineering

  • At least 5  years of experience in System Engineering deployment 

  • Incose certificate could be a plus

  • Skilled in data management

  • Knowledge of ARP4754 and SE handbook

  • PLM knowledge 

  • CATIA, 3Dx, ARAS or equivalent PLM tool knowledge
