How does the recruitment process work?
Are you interested in joining TEHTRIS? This is great news! You can send us your application in just a few clicks. To do so, we will ask you to upload your CV, so that we can have a summary of your background and then answer a few questions to get to know you better.
If your profile seems to match our search, we will contact you to arrange an interview in our offices. This interview will be an opportunity for you to meet several members of Team TEHTRIS (a future colleague or lead team, the HR Business Partner and the CEOs) but also to discover our working environment. For us, it will be a privileged moment to get to know you, identify your skills and professional aspirations in order to imagine how we could work together.
Following this interview, whether the feedback is positive or negative, we will systematically come back to you by phone to give you feedback on your application, if we were not able to do so right after the interview. Don't be surprised, we try to be as efficient as possible. We don't like to wait months before a candidate we appreciate joins us. The recruitment offer can be made right after the interview or within a few days, sometimes with an almost immediate start if conditions allow it!
I have been selected for a job interview. How do I prepare?
Did you get a job interview? Congratulations! This moment is often the most stressful stage of the recruitment process. To prepare yourself, we advise you to reread the job offer carefully and find out more about TEHTRIS in order to fully understand the position you are applying for. Then, quite simply be yourself! The aim of the interview is for us to discover your natural self and will be an opportunity for you to clarify your motivation to join the TEHTRIS team.

Do you recruit interns?
Yes, every year we take on a few interns at the end of their engineering school curriculum. What's good to know is that 90% of our former interns are now on permanent contracts with us!
