Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

To bring this ambition to life, we're looking for skilled, agile people in all areas linked to running a factory: Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, HSES... to join our Gigafactory in Billy-Berclau (Hauts de France), our Industrial Center of Industrial Excellence in Nersac (Angoulême) and our R&D center in Bruges (Bordeaux).

Missions principales :

• Support sur tous les domaines d'achat (France, Allemagne & Italie), de la préparation des demandes de devis (RFQ) jusqu'à la livraison des travaux, en coordination avec les équipes projet.

• Sourcing

• Lancement des appels d'offres

• Négociation et analyse des offres financières des fournisseurs

• Établissement d’une synthèse des différents aspects des offres (technique et contractuel) en collaboration avec les parties prenantes

• Recommandation du choix du fournisseur

• Gestion de la contractualisation

• Émission du bon de commande

Main missions :

• Support senior construction buyer on all purchasing fields (France, Germany & Italy) from RFQ preparation to construction delivery in coordination with project teams

• Sourcing

• Launch of tenders

• Negotiate and analyze the suppliers’ financial offers

• Establish a synthesis of the offers’ different aspects: technical and contractual, in liaison with the different stakeholders

• Recommend a supplier choice

• Manage the contractualization

• Edit the Purchase Order

Compétences requises :

Qualification :

• Master 1 dans un domaine lié au commerce

• Bon niveau d’anglais

Comportements clé :

• Esprit proactif et orienté solutions

• À l’aise dans un environnement transversal

• Excellentes compétences en communication

• Prêt à relever des défis

Les "plus" qui font la différence :

• Une expérience préalable en achats et une expérience dans l’automobile ou l’industrie sont considérées comme un atout

• Master 1 in Business related field

• A former experience in Purchasing and an automotive/industrial experience are considered as an asset
