Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

Main missions :
Purchasing categories : Services (Facility management, Consulting, Engineering Services, Outsourced Services, Finance & Legal, Communication & Marketing, Travel...)
Support Services Buyers on their commodities purchasing management
Follow-up on purchase requests, RFQ & supplier's panel : understand the purchasing needs of ACC departments and help them to frame their needs, lead the purchasing process from sourcing to purchase order and contractualization
Develop and maintain a good relationship with our suppliers and stakeholders : follow up purchase orders reception, delivery and payments in link with ACC accounting department
Support for the administration and development of internal purchasing tocls (SRM, Catalogues ...)
Update the expenses map and support buyers in the actions that fallow : end-of-year discounts, research tax credit...)
Carry out benchmarks & market watch analysis
Propose and contribute to the purchasing strategies on key purchasing categories
Manage performance indicators
Communicate internally on the current negotiated contracts
Participate and animate purchasing meetings and workshops with our suppliers and stakeholders

Missions principales :
Catégories d’achats : Services (gestion des installations, conseil, services d’ingénierie, services externalisés, finance & juridique, communication & marketing, voyages…)
Accompagner les acheteurs de services dans la gestion de leurs familles d’achats.
Suivre les demandes d’achat, les appels d’offres (RFQ) et le panel fournisseurs : comprendre les besoins des départements d’ACC, les aider à les formaliser, piloter le processus d’achat depuis le sourcing jusqu’à la commande et la contractualisation.
Développer et entretenir une bonne relation avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes : suivi de la réception des commandes, des livraisons et des paiements en lien avec le service comptabilité d’ACC.
Soutenir l’administration et le développement des outils internes d’achats (SRM, catalogues…).
Mettre à jour la cartographie des dépenses et accompagner les acheteurs dans les actions associées : remises de fin d’année, crédit d’impôt recherche…
Réaliser des benchmarks et des analyses de veille marché.
Proposer et contribuer aux stratégies d’achat sur les catégories clés.
Gérer les indicateurs de performance.
Communiquer en interne sur les contrats négociés en cours.
Participer et animer des réunions et ateliers achats avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes.
Skills requirements :
Knowledge / Knowhow :
Ability to negotiate with suppliers, while being internal customer oriented
Analytical and synthetic skills
Knowledge of purchasing tools and processes
Oral and written French & English
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Purchasing
Business school or equivalent
Key behaviours :
