Andy Studio is a global product studio with teams in London and Lisbon.
We design, build and scale ambitious digital products with speed, precision, and a sharp focus on impact.
Our operations hub is expanding with a new Amsterdam office — and we’re looking for a hands-on Office Manager to keep it running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person on the ground, making sure the team has everything they need day-to-day: office setup, suppliers, logistics, small admin/finance tasks, and keeping the culture alive.
Think of yourself as the mini-COO of the Amsterdam office: structured, people-savvy, and always one step ahead.
🔧 Your Missions
Office setup & vendors: utilities, furniture, access badges, snacks, cleaning; manage quotes & contracts.
People & logistics: welcome newcomers, manage desk plan, book travel, handle small reimbursements.
Team life: organize standups, offsites, lunches; keep the calendar and info flows smooth.
Admin support: help the Admin & Finance Associate with document collection and weekly payment prep.
Internal comms: write crisp updates, mini-guides (how to… office, expenses, visitors).
Point of contact: be the friendly face for founders, clients visiting, and building management.

Basic Excel (lists, filters, sums)

👤 You Are
Organized, proactive, people-savvy, with a service mindset.
Can juggle multiple small tasks without dropping balls.
Comfortable writing clear notes/process pages; tidy docs are your thing.
Experience in office management / operations / admin (1–3y); startup/agency vibe is a plus.
Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
