You will be responsible for specifying, organizing, and planning projects for the delivery of enhancements to our decision support tools from the design phase to deployment, leveraging a team of computer engineers and applied mathematicians and in continuous interaction with end-users.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading discussions to establish the functional and/or technical specifications of the solution in connection with the client and/or the project’s functional team
Assessing the risks that may arise during implementation and setting up project structures and monitoring tools (dashboards, indicators, committee organization) to cover them
Defining needs in terms of human resources and technical skills required to meet deadlines, respect costs, and deliver a solution that meets customer needs
Being responsible for coordinating the techno-functional team to ensure the quality of software deliveries to the client.
Supervising test plans, ensuring the correction of anomalies, validating software deliverables, monitoring production and solution deployment
You hold a degree from a leading engineering school or higher education institution in computer science, you are the ideal candidate if:
You have initial experience as an IT project manager or Product Owner and skills in software development (Java or Python)
You are motivated by project management and responsible for a team, budget, and deadlines
You have an appetite for scientific and quantitative approaches
You are able to reconcile the client’s business vision, the developer’s technical vision, and the company’s economic vision
You have a keen sense of listening and interpersonal skills
Any knowledge and experience in the Energy or Transport sectors will be highly valued.
Working conditions:
Permanent contract, managerial status with a 4-month probationary period.
Up to 2 days of remote work per week possible.

Recruitment process:
Step 1: An initial technical interview via video conference with two recruiters (45 minutes x 2).
Step 2: A second interview via video conference with two other recruiters, as well as a brief 15-minute discussion with the CEO of Artelys (45 minutes x 2 + 15 minutes).
Step 3: If your interviews are successful, we will invite you to visit our premises to make you an offer in person and introduce you to the work environment.
