Job description

Vision and objectives

The Growth Operations Manager combines a love of data and insightful business judgment to shape the next step in our journey.

He/She will be pivotal in helping us to draw and display vital conclusions from our data, empowering business decisions.


  • You setup and maintain reporting tools and data pipelines
  • You model Cenareo core business to draw insights from our data
  • You contribute to Cenareo strategy together with our CEO
  • You collaborate with all departments to deliver data visualizations & reports
  • You understand technical, business and financial terminologies and translate between different levels of business stakeholders
  • You communicate clearly and openly with stakeholders to ensure we are a data-driven organisation
  • You enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems


Abilities and competences

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to derive actionable recommendations from data in full autonomy
  • A strategic, inquisitive and innovative mindset
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under strong time constraints in an Agile environment
  • Polished communication & presentation skills with the ability to tell stories through the data


  • 5+ years experience making recommendations based on data analysis
  • Bachelor's business degree with strong affinity for data or equivalent technical knowledge and experience
  • Strong experience in driving data-driven recommendations for B2B SaaS
  • Experience with at least one Business Intelligence reporting tools, e.g. Power BI, Looker...
  • Deep understanding of SQL programming, ETL processes...
