Le poste

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager (based in Seoul) in coordination with the regional technical team you will be responsible for the project development for all active and upcoming wind and solar projects in South Korea :

  • Assist the Senior Development Manager in leading, or lead when required the development (land acquisition, permitting, studies, etc) of our onshore wind and solar PV projects;
  • Produce detailed assessments of development opportunities presented by local partners or originated by the team;
  • Produce regular progress reports or information memorandums on the projects and support management decisions;
  • Manage projects, administrative and corporate (SPV) documentation ;
  • Engage with advisors, stakeholders, planning authorities, project owners, land-owners, local community, any third parties, etc;
  • Assist the Senior Development Manager in the participation to PPA tenders and the negotiation of bilateral PPA
  • Assist the Senior Development Manager in leading, or lead the commercial negotiation with local EPCs for the solar project and carry out technical assessment, site due diligence, design review and grid study with EPCs and technical advisors
  • Monitor the project development processes and procedures including:
  • project development plans, milestone payment schedule
  • stakeholders list and management or conflict mitigation plan
  • documentation control
  • co-working with local developers and partners

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in renewable energy project development;
  • Methodological, process and detail oriented; ability to conceive and implement methodology and processes;
  • Team player but also have the confidence to work on his/her own on a wide range of tasks and projects;
  • Command of specialist tools such as SolarGIS, CAD and PVSyst;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Able to travel to sites when required;
  • Able to be based on the site or local partners’ offices regularly and when required
  • Excellent English communication skills as a plus but not a must
  • Technical background is huge plus.
