3D Architectural Renderer

Our goal is to connect top international talentwith leading projects in construction, sustainability, and energy performance, acrosssectors such as hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate.

We are seeking a skilled 3D Architectural Renderer to join our creative team in the design studio. The ideal candidate will produce professional-quality Computer Generated Images (CGIs) for architectural projects, leveraging AI tools like Midjourney for concept generation and excelling in post-production workflows. This role involves transforming architectural designs into photorealistic visualizations using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations based on architectural designs and provided by studio.

•  Generate AI-assisted images and concepts using Midjourney to accelerate ideation and prototyping.

•  Perform post-production enhancements on renders, including lighting, texturing, and compositing, to achieve photorealistic results.

•  Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to refine visuals and incorporate feedback.

•  Ensure all outputs meet professional standards for quality, detail, and timeliness.

Qualifications:

•  Proven experience in 3D architectural rendering with a strong portfolio of professional CGIs.

•  Proficiency in Midjourney for AI image generation and integration into workflows.

•  Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software, including Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion.

•  Advanced skills in post-production tools such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

•  Strong understanding of architectural principles, lighting, materials, and composition.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

•  Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Familiarity with additional tools like SketchUp, Corona Renderer, or Unreal Engine.

•  Experience in VR/AR visualizations or animation for architectural presentations.

•  Knowledge of sustainable design trends and how they apply to rendering.
