Description du poste

The Performance Analytics Manager (PAM) is responsible to lead the performance management pillar in the Regional Performance analytics team. This role is the EMEA touch point to collaborate and network for Metrics and Analytics with the Global teams and other Regions.

The role will include developing and implementing Performance capabilities to the workstream stakeholders, shaping the analytics roadmap for the Segment in alignment with E2E Segment lead and Regional vision. In addition, managing and maintaining the data, publishing the necessary dashboards on monthly basis while providing meaningful and timely analytics and ad hoc support to EMEA Functions for identification of opportunities (Cost Improvement Projects) and challenges (Performance).

The role will collaborate effectively with the Distribution, Customer Service and Regional Deliver Excellence teams as well as other Regional Functions for timely and accurate submission and consolidation of inputs to the monthly forums.

  • Take direct ownership as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for overall performance management and its metrics publication on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Connect and engage in transparent discussions with Leaders.
  • Manages the relationship between the leaders and the performance analytics group.
  • Further develop the regional Metrics and Analytics team–training and development of contract resources to manage the dashboard and analytics function.


Description du profil

  • An advanced / Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A min of 10 years in finance/ supply chain related disciplines required with experience in Analytics and Performance management, Technology and Operations functions strongly preferred.
  • Finance knowledge (reporting, budgeting) required
  • Proven track record in setting up of Supply distribution performance measurement and management system.
  • Strong analytical, statistical and project management skills required.
  • Skilled communicator with a demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and present cogent recommendations.
  • Capable of achieving results in a highly-matrixed and global environment.
  • Excellent collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work regionally and globally, across businesses, sectors, and functions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools is required
